Q. What are your listing requirements?
A. Any type of building can be listed as long as it is at least 50 years old.(ALL LISTINGS MUST INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE PHOTO).

Q. How much does a listing cost on your website?
A. The basic package price is $30.00 for a 365 day listing, we call it "once and done."(ALL LISTINGS MUST INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE PHOTO).

Q. How many photos can be put on my listing?
A. Up to 50 photos are allowed .

Q. How do I get my listing featured on the main page of your website?
A. After you have logged in you enter your "Members Index" area, from here you can choose to "Get Feature" for each of your listings.

Q. Can I edit my own listing?
A.
As always, you do your own listings, edit them any way you like.  Unlike other sites, you are in charge, no waiting for the webmaster to edit your paid listing to the way THEY want to word it!  You have unlimited text for each and every property listing you create.

 Q. Will I be able to tell how many times my listing is being viewed?
A. Yes. Go to your members index.After you have logged in you enter your "Members Index" area, from there you will see the number of views for each of your listing.

Q. What will Historic House Sales.com do to help me sell my listing?

Q. What should I do if my listing sells?
A. You can email us to let us know and we will post a SOLD sign on your listing.

Q. Who can put a listing on your website?
A. Anyone. Private owners (FSBO) and Brokers or Agents are welcome to advertise their listings.

Q. Do you offer any discounts or incentives?
A. "Endangered Property" can list for free
